Services 

  • Identify vulnerabilities in emergency readiness planning.

  • Perform initial assessment and review of institution's:

    • Hazard Vulnerability Assessments;
    • Emergency Management Plans;
    • Security Management Programs;
    • Training Programs; and,
    • Incident Command Systems.
  • Assist in developing procedural and/or physical remediation(s) to comply with the NRF, NIMS, and HICS, including assistance in grant writing related to available funding sources.

  • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating disaster preparedness exercises.

  • High-quality, cost efficient on-line vigilance, CBNRE, and all-hazards preparedness training.

  • Follow-up with healthcare facilities to help them monitor progress or meet further requirements.

    • Improve compliance with mandated and pending standards, regulations, and guidance material.
